1. General Disclaimer & Platform Role

  • MCQ Bazaar is an independent marketplace platform designed to help educators conduct online mock tests and help users prepare for various exams.
  • We are not affiliated, endorsed, or associated with any government or regulatory authority.
  • The content provided is for educational purposes only and does not guarantee success in any examination.
  • Our app uses third-party advertising services to display ads. We are not responsible for the content of the advertisements shown in our app. All ads are provided by third-party networks, and we do not endorse the products or services advertised. Any interactions or damages resulting from advertisements are solely between you and the advertiser.

2. Creator Responsibility & User-Generated Content

  • Creator Liability: All MCQ sets, quizzes, study materials, and batches uploaded and distributed by creators on MCQ Bazaar are the sole responsibility of the respective creators.
  • Zero-Tolerance for Plagiarism: Prosperrise Education LLP strictly acts as an intermediary. We do not support, endorse, or permit plagiarism, copyright infringement, or the distribution of incorrect, offensive, or misleading content.
  • Content Takedowns: Creators must ensure they hold the necessary rights to the content they publish. We reserve the right to remove any content, withhold monetization, or permanently suspend creator accounts reported for plagiarism or policy violations without prior notice.

3. Subscription and Payment

  • Users may access free content or purchase premium content and private batches directly from creators.
  • All payments are final, and refunds will be issued only in the event of duplicate billing errors.
  • The user agrees to purchase subscriptions solely for personal use and will not share login credentials or resell access to others. Any breach of this condition may result in immediate account suspension with no refund issued.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • While we provide the software infrastructure, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or quality of the material uploaded by individual creators.
  • We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or failed exam attempts resulting from reliance on the platform’s content.
  • Our maximum legal liability is strictly limited to the subscription or purchase amount paid by the user for the specific period or content in question.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • The software, source code, UI/UX design, and branding of MCQ Bazaar are the exclusive intellectual property of Prosperrise Education LLP.
  • The intellectual property of the individual quiz content remains with the respective creators who generated and uploaded it.
  • Users may not scrape, copy, distribute, or sell any part of the app’s code or the creators’ content without prior written permission.

6. Prohibited Use Users and Creators agree not to:

  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose or to distribute copyrighted material they do not own.
  • Misrepresent their affiliation with any government, institution, or regulatory body.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit the app’s software for commercial purposes.
  • Share account credentials with others or resell active subscriptions.

7. Data Privacy

  • We collect and store user data to facilitate test history, leaderboards, and creator access.
  • Personal data will not be sold to third parties without user consent, except where explicitly required by law enforcement.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Any disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the app, whether by a student or a creator, shall be resolved through arbitration in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India, as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
